Have been going thru MANY procedures to combat dry eyes. The oil ducts on my eyelids don't want to secrete, AND when I blink my eyes don't totally close. It has been a 2 year process trying different drops, heat treatments, patches, night shades etc. These have been the most help so far. I have seen the most improvement in the shortest amount of time.
